Gentle exercise, breathing and meditation helps
improve alignment and blood flow, reduces stress,
and induces relaxation.

When: Mondays: 11:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M.
Wednesdays: 4:00-5:00 P.M.
Saturdays: 9:30-10:30 A.M.
